Refund & Return Policy

Every piece I create is carefully packaged to arrive safely, but I understand that sometimes things don't go as planned during shipping.

If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged

If you receive a package that shows visible signs of damage, please take a photo of the outside before opening it. Then, reach out to me directly at info@kamaelmishra.com and I'll work with you personally to make it right.

If the damage is severe and the package is clearly compromised upon delivery, you may decline the shipment and ask the carrier to return it. Please email me right away so I know to expect it back.

Returns

If you'd like to return your artwork for any other reason, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, I'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
